Beverly Hills Foot and Ankle, P.A. - Introductory Blog

Dr. Nisha Krishnan and Beverly Hills Foot and Ankle, P.A. Team welcome you to our blog!

Who am I? I, Dr. Nisha Krishnan, am a surgically-trained foot and ankle specialist/podiatrist! A little about me: I'm an Ocala, FL native who attended the University of South Florida for undergraduate education and then the William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine for graduate education. After completing eight long years of schooling, it was time for a little more learning: residency training! I completed my three-year Podiatric Medicine and Surgery training at Palmetto General Hospital in Hialeah, FL, a well-rounded program with a great balance of wound care, elective surgery, trauma and reconstruction. I then decided to move closer to home and start a medical practice in the CItrus County area, hence, Beverly Hills Foot and Ankle, P.A.!

So what am I doing here on this blog? The purpose of this blog is to promote awareness of Podiatric Medicine in a tone that is both lighthearted and easy-going! This field of medicine is extremely dynamic and I want to share it with everyone who desires to learn something new or cares to view an idea from a different perspective. Not only do I enjoy teaching, but I love learning so comments and feedback are definitely encouraged! Feel free to post your comments on this blog, use our Contact Us form or come into our office for a lively discussion, I will definitely respond in kind :) The first content blog will follow this one!

Sincerely,

Dr. Nisha Krishnan and the Beverly Hills Foot and Ankle, P.A. Team!
